Modiran 10 – From Herd Data to Better Decisions
Smart livestock management starts with an accurate understanding of the herd. Modiran 10 brings animal, production, health, and daily operation data together, helping you see the overall situation more clearly, identify improvement opportunities, and track the results of management decisions.

Opportunities for Improvement
**For Better Profitability,
Where Should We Look?**
Every change in production or resource consumption raises a management question. When data from these areas is brought together, following up on improvement opportunities becomes easier.
Production
۱-How have milk quantity and quality changed? What differences can be identified between farm records and factory records?
۲–Resource Consumption
What items have been consumed for each animal and each operation? Is feed execution aligned with the plan?
۳–Action Results
What happened after treatment and reproductive protocols were implemented? Which programs need to be reviewed?
Herd management is the starting point. Nutrition solutions and cost-of-production calculations are introduced based on the needs of each operation.

Daily Operations
**Which Task
Needs to Be Followed Up Today?**
Connect treatment and reproductive programs, from vaccination to other daily activities, to animal records and execution history. Follow each protocol from start to finish.
Software environment example: Tracking animals enrolled in a protocol
Action & Responsible Person
Record and track the completed stage, the person responsible for execution, and the items consumed.
Consumption & Inventory
Review the consumption of medication, semen, embryos, and vaccines in connection with inventory movements.
Records & Results
Record the reason an animal leaves a protocol and retain completed stages for future reviews.
When execution records are clear, reporting individual performance and tracking the results of treatment and reproductive programs become more accurate.

Dashboard & Reporting
**A Report
That Helps Make a Decision**
Track the indicators you need through the dashboard and create reports and charts based on your management questions. Web-based access also makes it possible to review information outside the farm.

Related Solutions & Equipment
**Connect Data
to the Farm Workflow**
For equipment-connected solutions, data recording and transfer can be designed according to the capabilities of each farm. Two examples of collaborations introduced by Modiran are:
Feed Automation with Micron Tozin
Control feed loading quantities, distribution times, and pen consumption to review how the formulated ration is prepared and distributed.
Animal Identification & Weighing with Gash Equipment
On the Sepehr smart scale, the animal’s weight and identification are recorded, and the resulting Excel output can be transferred to the Modiran software.
The communication method and required equipment are determined for each operation. The smart transformation journey can begin with existing information and later expand to compatible equipment.

The Smart Livestock Development Path
**Artificial Intelligence;
From Data to Finding the Problem**
The Modiran analytics platform is being developed to examine performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. The focus of this path is to turn large volumes of herd data into specific issues that managers and specialists can follow up on.

September 2025 Report
The pilot was implemented in eight livestock farms. At the time of this report, the platform was in its learning phase, and animal culling analysis was among its initial areas of analysis.
In the introductory session, you can review the latest status of this development path and examples of available outputs. The scope of analytical services and required capabilities is evaluated according to the data and objectives of each operation.
