Strong Participation in the In-Person Training Course for Modiran 10 Smart Livestock Management Software
The in-person training course for Modiran 10, the web-based Smart Livestock Management Software, was held on July 18–۱۹ by Modiran Tahlilgar Sepahan Co., with the participation of nearly ۵۰ managers, experts, and professionals from the livestock industry representing various provinces across Iran.
During the course, participants became familiar with the latest features and capabilities of the software and worked with the system through practical, hands-on workshops. In an interactive learning environment, they shared their questions, experiences, and suggestions with the instructors and the software development team. The event attracted participants from the provinces of Isfahan, Tehran, Qazvin, Khorasan Razavi, Markazi, Kermanshah, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad.
The presence of representatives from large livestock farming complexes, private companies, investment holdings, livestock unions, and knowledge-based companies made this event one of the most diverse professional gatherings of Modiran 10 software users.
Following the completion of the training course, a comprehensive survey was conducted among all participants to evaluate the quality of the event and gather genuine user feedback. The survey results indicated a very high level of satisfaction across different aspects of the training program.
According to the survey findings, the quality of the training content received the highest rating, with an average satisfaction score of ۶۸%, demonstrating the practical value of the course materials and their alignment with the real needs of users.
In addition, gifts and catering received an average satisfaction score of ۵۶%, while the course schedule achieved ۶۲%. The quality of instruction and presentation was rated ۷۵%, reflecting the instructors’ effective teaching methods and successful interaction with participants.
Among the supporting services, pre-course communication and information received an average satisfaction score of ۷۹%. The accommodation facilities and the event hotel also received favorable evaluations. Furthermore, more than 86% of respondents stated that they would recommend the event venue, Sabat Hotel, to others, indicating a high level of satisfaction with the accommodation services provided during the event.
In addition to the survey scores, valuable comments and suggestions from participants were collected to support the planning of future training courses and the continued development of Modiran 10 software.
The participants’ comments also provided valuable insights for the organizers. Many attendees expressed their satisfaction with the quality of the training, the practical nature of the course content, the friendly classroom atmosphere, and the responsiveness of the training team. They also requested that similar training programs be held regularly throughout the year.
Some participants suggested organizing future courses during cooler seasons to provide a more comfortable learning environment. Others emphasized the importance of increasing the number of training courses, raising awareness among livestock farm owners and managers about the importance of sending their specialists to these programs, and accelerating the issuance of course completion certificates.
